Due to the needs of the company's business development, "Nanjing Soliner Hydraulic Components Co., Ltd." has renamed to "Soliner (Nanjing) Intelligent Technology Co., Ltd.", and the following are the explaination of renaming matters:

First, new name will start using on May 23, 2016: "Soliner (Nanjing) Intelligent Technology Co., Ltd.".

Second, due to the update of “three in one” business license after renaming, the original bank, account number, tax number, and billing information were changed. For security of the funds, please confirm with the relevant contact person before remittance.

Third, the original address, contact number and fax number of the company remain unchanged.

Fourth, since June 1, 2016, the original official seal, contract seal, special financial seal and various business seal will stop to be used.

Fifth, the renaming does not affect our original rights and obligations. According to laws, the assets, debts and legal instruments, like all kinds of contracts and cooperation agreement of “Nanjing Soliner Hydraulic Components Co., Ltd.”, were all inherited by "Soliner (Nanjing) Intelligent Technology Co., Ltd." .
